"Either party may terminate this Agreement upon fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event Client cancels, postpones for more than thirty (30) days, or terminates without material uncured breach by Provider, Client shall immediately pay for: (a) 100% of all completed milestones and work in progress, (b) all non-cancellable third-party materials/commitments, and (c) a twenty-five percent (25%) Kill Fee on the remaining unbilled contract balance to compensate for reserved schedule capacity."
